Can I request a new conversion type?
Absolutely! We're always adding new formats. Email us at hello@theconverter.app with your request. If it's technically feasible, we'll prioritize it.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period. For help, email support@theconverter.app.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we're flexible. If you're unhappy with The Converter, email support@theconverter.app and we'll work something out.
Can I use The Converter for commercial projects?
Yes! The Free and Pro tiers are available for commercial use. For high-volume or API access, check out our Pricing page or email hello@theconverter.app.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Most conversions happen entirely in your browser (your files never touch our servers). For server-side conversions, files are encrypted, processed, and deleted within 1 hour. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
